For the past eight years, Zana has worked across various operations teams, helping clients with everything from account questions to tech support and digital tools, with a focus on making training and resources more accessible. In her current role, she keeps things running smoothly by assisting with paperwork, helping clients, and tackling everyday office tasks. Outside the office, she’s a dedicated dance instructor who teaches tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop—and is almost always dancing. She recently choreographed her first full musical for a local kids’ theater group and is a big fan of biking, reading, musical theatre, and, of course, Dr. Pepper.
