She has over 10 years of experience in client success management. Her approach aims to build long-term partnerships based on trust and satisfaction. She is adept at resolving issues promptly and enhancing overall client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Her day-to-day in the office consists of assisting clients, planning events, and working alongside our Client Service Specialist.

Cassie graduated from Arizona State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology. Outside of the office she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with her family which includes her two cats Rice & Beans.
